Chewy von Clanger is a stunning 11 month old German Shepherd with medium-to-high energy -- a sweetheart of a boy. He comes out of his kennel a bit timidly but warms up quickly. Once he sees other dogs, he becomes very happy, his tail wagging non-stop. On his walks around the neighborhood, he meets other dogs very well, being respectful of their space and minding his own business. He is easy to walk on leash, content to explore his surroundings and occasionally looking back at you often to make sure all is in order. This boy soaks in and loves affection. As for playgroups, Chewy enters them happily and in a spunky manner. He meets the other dogs really well, although he adopts a bit of a stiff posture with males but is easy-going with the females, with whom he exhibits no dominance. Overall, Chewy will benefit from more socialization with dogs. He is a great, happy boy, who lives for the love and attention of his people. Any family will be very fortunate to have him in their lives.
